Responsibilities:
- Develop SW tools to estimate field quality level based on memory architecture.
- Collaborate with CSP customers to enable in-field memory quality controlling system
- Be a technical leader to develop an algorithm for predicting future DRAM failure of each DRAM technology such as HBMx, DDRx, LPDDRx, and GDDRx.
- Work with SK hynix DRAM designing team, quality controlling team and DRAM PE team.
- Develop memory RAS features for each memory hierarchy and spec to suggest.
Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related degree required, advanced degrees (MS, PhD) a plus.
- No industry experience required: Memory (DRAM, NAND and PCM) and Memory Controller experiences are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of DRAM technology (DDRx, LPDDRx)
Note) RASM lab /UEC has an educational program for fast power-up
- Knowledgeable about memory hierarchy and RAS features
- Experience with modeling for memory subsystems & use cases (Core - Cache – Home Agent- MC – DIMM + IOHub-IO)
- Programming skills in C++ and/or interpreter (Python)
Compensation:
- The base salary range for this full-time position is: $100,000 - $150,000.
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, discretionary bonuses and benefits.
